Any remedies for hair growth/ hair loss/ boost volume? Is smoking one of the causes?

in my late twenties. have problem of thining hair, especially on top of my head. none of my parents/grandparents are bald.

Your diet might be effecting it...there could be other things too...I had the same problem...I tried everything except surgery and decided that instead of rewarding misbehaving hair...I held an execution and shaved it all off...best thing I ever did...
