Compare it with ur brother if u have one. Only embarssment is in respect of beard. If u shave it daily, it will improve its growth.

well same prob over here too but.. u shud have some vitamins tablets or lot of milk or something that has more calcium like that its gud and very effective that will greww ur body limbs as well as beard and mostaches prevent from masturbation as much as you can and dont take too much oily food take banana's milk shake that's too gud for health and body and also doo some exercise that will definitely show some fruit full results so that's it from ma side :)
