Speed hair growth?

Hi, i'm growing my hair longer. But it seems to be taking ages to grow. I was wondering if anyone knows how to speed growth.

You cant just make your hair grow in like a week. But to help it eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables and nutrients it will make your roots healthier and help strenghten your hair too Hope i helped!!!

Along time ago I was watching this science thing, and it asked the same question.

%26amp;%26amp; its reply to that was, when you wash you're hair you sometimes seem to blow dry it, but instead let it air dry with you're hair wet.

They used an example on a little girl took a hair strained from her brush put water on it let it out side for a week and they measured the hair before and after and it grew 1 or 2 inches it was amazeing was amazeing!

hello OK so I'm on answers allot and i see allot of people men and women asking about hair growth so i got really tired of type it over and over so i writting an official one that i can just copy and paste to you guys...OK
