I have realxed hair. I don't want to use any hair growth products because sometimes that ruins your hair.Also I need your opinion. What do u think is better. Pantene shampoo or fruitus shampoo.

both of those arn't quality products. you need to go to the salon and get some products that are GOOD for your hair, not just the ones that make it smell pretty.

I personally like Pantene. You can take gelatin tablets (or eat lots of Jell-O). That will promote hair %26amp; nail growth and health.

Definately Pantene - it helps to condition your hair - and i find it gets my knots out much easier.... However many hairdressers think its bad for your hair.... so i stopped using it... now i use Herbal Essence and Tresseme - they are both great - and the hair dressers say its great too (and it still leaves my hair shiny and gets my knots out without ripping out my hair!!!)

As for the hair growth - i wish i knew the answer to this too !!!
