Any1 know anything that helps hair growth?

My son (till yesterday) had beautiful blond hair down to his shoulders, slightly shorter at the front, to his ears, where we had been growing it out of a style, we have been growing it for about two years, it needed tidying up as it was shapeless and getting fluffy by his ears, where it had grown out of the last layers, so i took him to the hairdresser, we have moved over 100 miles away from the hairdress i always used to take him to so, i went to what i thought was the best in my new area, I asked the girl to take the lengh up to the shorter of the two layers (bottom of his ear) and what we got was a crew cut, to say i'm heart broken would be a understatement, and my son hates it and doesnt want to go to school!

Do you know of anything that helps hair growth?

The thought of another two years before it is longer again make me wanna sob! and i did enough of that last night!

Well I can see why you are upset - I was upset when I had to cut my son's hair! You could try to introduce more protein in his diet, and buy a boar brush and massage the scalp. It helps to stimulate the hair follicles. Also get him into taking vitamins. If he has never done so, it will help his whole body as well as grow out his hair.

First, DO NOT go back for a trim any time soon. There is a myth that getting your hair trimmed makes it grow longer, but it actually only cuts off any split ends and then it's short again. Unfortunately, though, there really is no other way to make hair grow faster other than just waiting it out.

main and tale shampoo (in the pet section) it is made for horses. It will not harm you and it's strong vitamins help the hair grow fast. The hair will still feel very soft while using it. When I was in high school, girls were using this method.

I disagree with the guy on split ends above. You should trim your hair once every month or atleast every other month. I mean barely trim too. It will not remove length really if you just cut the split ends off and your hair will stay healthier and grow much faster. (Take it from a girl with hair that touches her pants.)

Take hair pills. There 100percent safe for everyone and anyone to take. Avon book has good ones and its cheap. Or go to albertsons and ask where they are. I have slow hair growth like EXTREMELY slow growth. I took the pills everyday and in 2 months my hair grew a lot. I also suffered from a hair dresser gone wrong and cut off my hair!

I'm not sure if its true or not but I heard that if you massage your scalp that it will help it grow. Hope this helps.
