no i have not heard of any vegetables that do that ,but ,i do know that fresh chicken manure helps the growth of mustaches if you rub some on your upper lip

No vegetable can really help hair growth. Not noticeably enough to see the difference anyway. You might want to try eating a bit more calcium though, and of course, don't get your hair cut. At all. That whole 'cutting your hair makes it grow' thing isn't true. I had my hair just past my ears about summer 2 years, and had to resist cutting it to get it to the length it's at. Now it's a couple inches past my shoulder.

I believe the green leafy ones contribute to hair health. But you will find lean protein is great for growing hair.
