Nioxin or Regaine? Hair growth products...?

Am only 23yo, i am facing a hair thinning problem. I'm currently using Nioxin hair cleanser, Scalp Therapy and Booster. I'm doubt this brand helps me in my not-so-obvious but happening hair thinning problem. I bought a box of Regaine 2% hair growth booster earlier but left dusted without use. Should i use both product at one time? any better suggestions or recommendations? I'm just a student. Please help me. What i should take note!
