Afro hair growth?

Always remember that african-american hair is naturally curly and VERY FRAGILE, so it breaks alot easier that other hair types.

I'd say, to have faster hair growth, it has to start from INSIDE your body. The faster cell growth is within your body, the more you'll see your hair grow. Also remember that once your hair grows outside of your scalp...it's DEAD. So what you're taking care of is just dead cells. I know...it's gross, but those strands will break-off over time if you don't protect them by making sure they don't get split ends and keep them from alot of heat damage.

My advice? Take prenatal vitamins (From GNC) or the Hair, Skin, and Nails vitamins from GNC. They'll create more cellular activity, growth within your body and as a result your hair will grow faster and be a bit stronger.

Hair growth occurs at the ROOTS. Massaging products into the hair itself cannot make hair grow faster.

Products like relaxers damage hair, makes it brittle and dry and therefore leads to breakage. The products you mentioned can restore moisture back into the damaged hair.
