Vitamin and hair growth???.......?

i am going out to buy some vitamins today to speed up my hair growth but i don't know what kinds to buy! if u know any vitamins that speed up hair growth please tell me (note: i do NOT want to take the vitamins like prenatal vitamins because i am NOT pregnant and my parents would not let me take them!)

so do YOU know any hair growth vitamins? if u do, can u please tell me what they are called and how long would i start seeing results

I understand you not wanting to use prenatal vitamins. Not to worry. By far the best vitamins to stimulate hair growth are Niacin, B Complex, and Vitamin E. However, if you are serious about your hair growth vitamins alone will not accomplish the task.

All I know is that Keratin is the best hair product to keep it healthy.

Trimming it 1/4 of an inch every six weeks will help it grow faster and be healthier.

I use biotin. You can find it in other multi vitamins if you are avoiding prenatal vitamins, or you can find it all alone. My stylist recommended it and it worked great! It can help your nails grow too. Below I listed one of many sites on the benefits of this vitamin. Best of luck!

I have been taking Biotin %26amp; Super B Complex. I'm also told you can use Selenium as well. Last September my hair was mid-back length and for some unknown reason I decided to cut it to my shoulders! I absolutely hated it! So I've been working hard to grow it back out and have it where it was by this November. I've eliminated blow drying %26amp; the flat iron. I let it air dry and I blowdry it maybe twice a week at the most. I only use the flat iron on my bangs because they look ridiculous if I don't fix them properly. Currently my hair is now near the end of my shoulder blades. So in about 6 months, I've grown my hair about 3 inches which is fast for me, because my hair grows so....slow! It will take time to see results, but since it's warmer it may grow a little faster. Hair grows about 1/4-1/2 inch a month. So for me cutting off six inches means I will have gained it back by November like I hoped. I hope this helps! Just take good care of hair and get it trimmed every 6-8 weeks. Good luck!

There is a vitamin/pill that is called Hair skin and nails. It helps your hair grow faster your skin healthier looking and your nails stronger. They have it at GNC and I am sure if u asked wherever u are going they would have something very simular because I have seen different lines out there. I have used them personally And I got good results....

vitamin tablets dont work for every one. if u do wanna get some viatmins get ultra norishing for hair at gnc. also another thing is get cocunut oil and massage it into ur scalp every day
