Increase hair growth (on head)?

i used to have very long hair, but an unfortunate drunken night i allowed my friend how had apparently done a hairdressing course to "trim" my hair, she wasn't drunk, and it ended up being rather asymetrical and so i had to get it cut and now it's a lot shorter =(

after it was cut, i noticed it grew very fast for about 2-3 months, but now it's slowed down and it's hardly growing at all and i really miss my long hair, it was very nice.

is there any way i can increase the amount of growth? dieting tips? any personal experience with supplements that did/didn't work?

thanks!!

My hairdresser admitted to me that she uses minoxidil whenever she wants her hair to grow faster and to thicken up. It's the only fda approved over the counter drug used for hair growth. You probably don't think about it because it seems like it is only for men who are balding. It can be found in Wal-Mart or Drugstores and costs $20 for a single bottle and $50 for a three pack. It is also sold under the name Rogaine. When you use it, be careful not to get it on your face and to wash it off of your hands when you are finished applying it. It says use twice a day but because it makes my hair look a little dirty I just use it at night while I am asleep, probably would grow faster if you used it as recommended though.

Hi there,

Try using Kelp tablets, they are a natural seaweed, and keep massaging the scalp, this stimulates hair growth. Also just drink plenty of water.

Other then that, just wait i am afraid

Good luck

Just start messaging your scalp with the balls of your fingers while using a hair dressing that contains natural herbs, vitamins. This will help the blood to circulate which stimulates the hair follicles.
