I have light skin and have always had a bit of a trail of hair from my bellybutton down, my father is italian so the hairiness comes from that side. I have noticed it has gotten thicker and darker, it's by no means manly looking hair, still peach fuzzy but now more than before. I have it all over my stomach, and even a tiny bit on my face, the facial hair is almost unnoticeable unless you are very, very close up and that is light colored. Has anyone experienced this? Is it normal for hair to get more abudant as you get older. I'm 28.
Hair growth question for females?
I think, or atleast hope, its normal :D Im half korean and for some reason i have lots of peach fuzzy hair not only on my stomach, but on my back too. ive had it since i was little, but ive noticed its gotten a bit darker and thicker also, im 23.
same with the face. its not like a moustache, or chin hair, its more on the side of my face, by my hair line and ears. definitly not noticable unless youre up close and i say something.
have you had any children? mine got super dark and more abundant while i was pregnant, but lightened up a little bit once the baby was born.
Hair growth question for females?
Yes its normal to get hairier when you grow older in males and females. I mean...look at most older men...covered. You see older woman with beards...never anybody young. If your hair growth hasnt been that much most likley its not going to get out of hand.
Hair growth question for females?
yes. it is common for some nationalities to have more hairgrowth so dont worry about it too much. if it bothers u than u can look into laser treatments that are said to stop it and get rid of it.

Yes it is normal as you get older, after you have kids, after taking certain medications...any number of things can trigger it. If the hairs are light in color I wouldn't worry about it.
