Ok, several questions:
1) Is Garnier Length and Strength a good shampoo to use if I'm trying to grow my hair out and keep it healthy? It's pretty healthy now. I don't color it, perm it, and use a straightner/iron rarely. I usually pull it back in a ponytail, I take a prenatal vitamin, I have a wooden brush, and I don't brush it when its wet. I know there's no miracle for making my hair grow 3 feet in 6 months, but I do the best I can!!
2) Is there a website I can go to that if I give it my length of hair now, it'll show me how long it will be in a year or so? I'm trying to grow it to a lil past my breasts by next year (for my wedding in October). It's to the top of my shoulders now. I have healthy hair. I was just mostly curious about the website thing!
Any additional advice is helpful and again, I know there is no magical cure to make my hair grow super fast. It usually does and I've had it really long before.... I miss my long hair! Thanks to all for your help!! :)
Hair website? Hair growth?
Yes Garnier is a great shampoo. Don't forget conditioner. VO5 and Suave are great conditioners that are very affordable. Remember shampoo only cleans the hair, it doesn't actually aid in hair growth. It's the conditioner that help hair grow.
Taking multivitamins are good. You may want to also try Biotin it suppose to help hair and nails grow.
Just remember that hair needs moisture and protein. There are some conditioners that have protein while others have moisture. Here's a list:
Moisture based products that are conditioners:
Herbal Essences Replenishing Conditioner
Nexxus Humectress
Dove Intense Moisture
Neutragena Triple Moisture Daily Conditioner
Neutragena Triple Moisture Deep Recovery Mask
Protein based products that are conditioners:
Mane N Tail (shampoo)
Mane N tail (moderate/heavy)
Garnier Fructis Long N Strong (mild)
Got2B Soft 1 Minute Emergency (light/mild)
Protein Leave in treatments:
Infusium 23
Nexxus Headress (moisture w/protein)
Mane N Tail (Conditioner can also be used as leave in)
Also hair grows half an inch a month so hair grows 6 inches a year. Hope this was somewhat helpful!

Hi, here's what you do. Go into google or yahoo image search. Key in hair styles or whatever you're looking for. Voila, you now have thousands of photographs to choose from. Most images link to a website for more information. You should find something that will give before and after pictures.
