is there any way to prevent hair growth in unwanted areas? like on the top of my shoulder . alost on my back are like 3 or 4 black hairs. and im under 20!!!! i dont want this. what can i do to prevent it?

are u a guy? if ur a guy i dont think theres much u can do, as in, it will happen. all guys have that!! and it gets worse....my bf is 22 and he has like..i dunno...maybe like 40 strands spread around his shoulder and back... its not a big deal tho trust me..... girls dont mind that kind of thing, in case ur worried abt that. its nothing....and theres really not much u can do to prevent it. its hormones, thats like not wanting armpit hair.... u cant stop it, its bound to happen.
